How payment works
We place a hold
When you say yes, we hold the price on your card or Cash App. A hold is not a charge.
You send your papers within 5 days
We tell you exactly which papers we need. Send them by phone photo, mail or in person.
We submit, then charge
The hold becomes the charge only when we submit your application. You get a receipt and the confirmation number.
No papers in 5 days? No charge
The hold drops off by itself and you pay nothing. You can start again any time.
A hold can lower the money you can spend on a debit card for a few days, until it is charged or released. The $35 Benefits Review is paid when you book it, and we take it off your first application.

What if I am not approved?
You pay for the work we did, not the result. If we do not submit, the hold is released and you are not charged. We also help you understand a denial and what to do next, for free.
How do I pay?
