Your screener answers stay in your browser. We do not send them to our servers.

Papers you give us later

When you become a client, we may need your ID, income papers and other documents. We keep them in secure storage with limited staff access.

We follow the New York SHIELD Act. We use safeguards, and we tell you if your data is ever exposed.

Calls and text messages

Calls and texts to (929) 668-2828 may be answered first by CARE's AI assistant. It tells you it is an assistant. You can ask for a person at any time.

We keep call and text records (transcripts) to help you and to improve our service. Do not share your Social Security number, passwords or bank details by phone or text.

Text messages: by giving us your number, you agree to receive texts about your request and your renewals. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.

We never sell or share your phone number or text opt-in with anyone for marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share with

Only the agency you apply to, and only with your signed permission.

We only use service providers that sign a data protection agreement.

We never sell your information.

You can ask us to see, fix or delete your information. Call, text or email us.
